Theresa is the Strategic Partnerships and Business Manager at West Coast Gas Ghana Limited, bringing close to a decade of experience spanning strategy, governance, business development, and organisational management. In her current role, she leads the development of new service lines, including training, technology deployment, and consulting while building the strategic partnerships and market presence to sustain them.
Over her tenure at West Coast Gas, Theresa has been instrumental in establishing and scaling core organisational functions from the ground up, including administration, human resources, governance frameworks, and performance management systems anchored in the Balanced Scorecard methodology.
She is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) through The George Washington University Centre for Excellence in Leadership. She is also a certified Human Resource professional (SHRM-CP) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) Ghana.
Theresa holds an MBA in Petroleum Economics and Finance from Coventry University, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (French) from the University of Ghana.
Prior to West Coast Gas, she served as Office Manager at Africa Legal Associates, a leading law firm in Accra, where she developed a strong foundation in legal administration and stakeholder management.
