Theresa is currently the Administrative & Resources Manager for West Coast Gas Ghana Limited and brings on board about 5 years of working experience in Administration and Human Resource Management.
She holds an MBA in Petroleum Economics and Finance from Coventry University UK and graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (French). She is Human Resource Management certified, a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Professionals (IHRMP) and Balanced Scorecard Strategy certified by The George Washington University Centre for Excellence in Public Leadership.
Her areas of expertise include relationship management, personnel recruitment and management, office management, procurement management, strategy management, performance management, and office set up related to start-up companies.
Before joining West Coast, she worked as Office Manager for Africa Legal Associates, a prestigious Law firm in Accra, where she learnt valuable legal and administrative skills.
Her role in talent management has been most critical in promoting the Company’s agenda for excellence through people development.
