
Isaac Adomako is an Accounting & Finance professional with two decades of leadership experience across Africa in Banking, Insurance and Oil & Gas. He has expertise in financial reporting, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, investment management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), business transformation, corporate governance, executive leadership, stakeholder management and audit.
Among the roles Isaac has occupied are Audit Senior at Ernst and Young, Finance Manager at Barclays Bank, Finance Business Analyst at Fidelity Bank, CFO for Allianz Nigeria, CFO for Allianz Kenya, Director of Finance & Administration for Allianz Ghana, Head of Finance Transformation for Allianz Africa, where he played an instrumental role in the M&A and the integration of newly acquired entities in countries like Kenya, Uganda and Burundi.
Isaac has served as a lecturer and an examiner in a number of tertiary institutions including University of Cape Coast and Institute of Chartered Account ( Ghana)
In addition to the above, he has also served on several committees, including the Audit Committee of Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration and the Finance Committee of the University of Ghana Business School.
Isaac is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Account (Ghana) and A member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria. He holds a Masters in Accounting and Finance from Umea University (Sweden), a BSc in Administration ( Accounting) from University of Ghana, A Senior Management Development Program from Stellenbosch University (South Africa) and a Post graduate Diploma in Applied Insurance studies from Malta International Training Centre.
